Now I know there are much people that get bored of the socal region. So I tought why we don’t make a team with ATC people (where everyone can join) and can talk with slack for exemple. Then we can chose wich region we can make busy on wich dag

Hopefully this will get everyone out of SoCal sometimes, although lately some other regions have been just as busy on the playground such as London which is good

I think a team of organized non-advanced ATC to collaborate on playground is a good idea.
Okay but I am then to only advance ATC
So what we need are
Members that able to control
Slack
A few people that are good in controlling that to other controllers can ask things
I don’t think we want to take away from the already limited number of advanced atc to control on playground. But maybe a couple advanced atc can lead and oversee it? I see it as an opportunity to more organized training of future advanced atc.
I don’t want only advance controllers I want a few advance ATC and I want people that like it to control on ATC playground

I know I also never say I am going to control on ARC playground so is this a good idea or not?
I thought advanced could go on playground but not use Tower & ground but they could use approach, departure & center
Okay but I don’t want that the advance controllers going to control on the advance server I want that the normal users go to control there I just want to create a team that are NOT advance controllers bit love to control and want to train
Correct. You can only control tower and ground on PG until you pass your practical test. You can only control approach, departure, & center until you pass your approach test.
