Today I am requesting a feature which would save time for approach controllers. Currently if someone is instructed to change frequency but doesn’t what most of us do is we swipe his flight strip so that the aircraft icon becomes white. The problem is that sometimes there are a lot of planes so a lot of flight strips and it’s hard to find the right one. Especially during events where all the calsigns are very similar.
My solution to this is to simply have an option to remove the plane directly on the radar. To do so you would click on the aircraft icon and then click remove (or something else if you have a better suggestion). This would avoid removing it by mistake but it’s still easy to access. Here’s a screenshot to show what I mean.
