ATC Stuck in observer mode

I have seen a similar topic before, but couldn’t find it for looking.

I am using an iPad Pro 10.5 and a iPhone 7+, The issues are present on both devices. Both are up to date and have had a device restart and the app reinstalled.

When I go to control on Any ATC platform be that tower, approach, Centre anything; I cannot get the map to appear and messages to come through, it appears stuck in observer mode.

HELP!

@Tyler_Shelton needs to do a server reset. It’s an annoying bug but this is the only known solution currently.

Server reset requested. Should be fine within 12hrs.
