EGLL approach keeps telling me to Maintain 200kts But I’m already at that speed but my ground speed is 243kts. So do they see my ias or my gs. I really don’t want a violation

IFATC can see both. When looking at your aircraft on the map, we see your ground speed. That said, it is their responsibility to make note of both and issue commands based on your airspeed.
