Thanks to everyone who came out to the newly redone KNUC in SoCal! At one point I counted over 15 planes trying to use San Clemente, at least 8 waiting in the takeoff cue, and 7 planes being sequenced in the pattern. I apologize to those that got denied entry.
At the end my iPhone’s screen went dark, and I realized I had run out of battery ;( The depressing part is always to see your battery die when you’re on a roll and EVERYONE is following instructions :) . That was probably one of the best sessions I had at a single-runway airport.
KNUC used to be class Charlie, now it is Bravo. The update also brought in an approach and ATIS frequency. What do you guys think of that!? Thanks again!
