Hello, I’m landing at London Heathrow (EGLL) in about 2 hours and 40 minutes. Requesting ATC services.

Hi there,

IFATC is a group of volunteers. As a result, the group does not take request. You may get your airport of choice open, or you may not.

The best chance to get ATC service is flying into/out of an actively open airport, and/or follow the ATC Schedule.
