I am in need for ATC Ground and Tower for both airports.
The flight details are as follows
Departure Airport : KLAX
Arrival Airport : OTHH
Approx Time: 15 hours 30 minutes
Date : August 18
Time: 10pm Pacific Time.

IFATC controllers are volunteers and are free to open when and where they would like at any airport across the globe. Since KLAX is a major hub and is usually very popular in Infinite Flight, there is a good chance that ATC may be present at the time you arrive but nothing can be guaranteed.

As mentioned, IFATC controllers are volunteers therefore they are welcome to open when time permits and at any airport of their choosing. It’s just luck of the draw if you receive active ATC at your departure or arrival airport.

Additionally you mention this is just you rather than being an event.
We are required to open Class Bravo airports (which both KLAX and OTHH are) for a minimum of 1 hour and while both airports, especially KLAX receive ambient traffic when not on the ATC schedule for the day, we will usually only open an airport if there is an fair amount of traffic inbound and/or outbound within the next hour or so, mainly so we don’t get bored during the mandated hour time frame.
