ATC Rank help (idk what to call this)

I like to do ATC a bit more then I like flying (sometimes ) Anyway, I’m not sure if it’s just me being slow or something and I’m just not reading… but I don’t know how to rank up for ATC does it do it automatically or do I have to do something for it…?

You need to apply to and join IFATC in order to “rank up”.
