Atc problems

I think there should be a delay between messages sent by avilns because it spams in all directions and if people have to hold short for more than 1 minute they lose patience and it’s a mess I don’t see the point of this game mode if no one respects the go around, authorizations, etc. without being sanctioned ultimately we find ourselves overloaded with requests that in any case no one respects so you waste even more of your time sending instructions for nothing at all I think the ATC mode needs to be reviewed

Hello!

I see that this has happened on the Training Server based on your description. In fact, it appears you are acting as an ATC controller and the pilots do not follow your instructions. Unfortunately, that’s how it works on the Training Server. Since everyone can control and fly there, you’ll find sometimes that both pilots and ATC controllers are unprofessional. This is because 1. It is the Training Server for a reason (= pilots and ATC controllers are learning and improving their skills before accessing the Expert Server), and 2. There are no human-issued violations, but only Level 1 ones, which are system-generated violations.

My best advice for you would be to move (once you feel ready, don’t rush it!) to the ES (Expert Server), where pilots are most of the time professional, and ATC controllers (who are part of the IFATC Team) have gone through training and test phases, as well as following some precise rules.

If you’d like to join IFATC, feel free to take a look at the topic below.

Hope everything is clearer now. Thank you, and have a good day!

Hello again!

I totally understand that :) However, I’d suggest you this: for now, continue to play on the TS (Training Server). Follow the rules and try to communicate both to ATC and the pilots as best as you can. Not everyone in the TS is unprofessional. There are plenty of people eager to learn and reach the Expert Server. Continue to do flights as you’d normally do, and this will give you XPs, landings and flight time, all factors which you will need to get Grade 3. However, as I told you in my message above, don’t rush it. I know of some cases where pilots decided to rush their journey to the ES, and ended up getting violations and ruining other people’s experience.

We all have lives outside IF, which are obviously more important than the simulator itself, as you basically said. And that’s perfectly normal! I’m sorry you downgraded to Grade 1 and had to gain your stats once again, but the good news is that recently, the Grade system changed, you can take a look at them here:

Getting to Grade 3 is a challenge in itself but with some effort (which doesn’t mean you need to stop living your life to play Infinite Flight 24/7), you’ll get there in no time and your efforts will be paid, trust me.

Once again, I hope my messages were helpful. Feel free to ask any questions, if you have any.

Thank you!
