Hello is there anything that explains what an ATC operation is? Meaning what counts as an ATC operatopn.

An ATC Operation is a clearance or a vector. Don’t quote me because I rarely control.

An operation is a clearance.

I.e. Taxi to RWY X. Cleared for takeoff. Cleared to land. Cleared for the ILS approach RWY X.
