I was looking around on Casual server and found that there was ATC on the server. Does anyone know why there is ATC on Casual server? I thought ATC wasn’t accepted on Casual server. Can anyone explain? Is this a special event or something to do with an event or bug?

It is sometimes a bug with ATC where they appear to be on casual server. It also limits some of their commands that would normally be available exclusively on expert server.
