I can’t do any operation in ATC playground because I always enter as an observer, in any airport of any region, someone who can help me ?
This means that someone else has the position. You need to find an empty position to do ATC at an airport
Every time I chose an airport I can play as an ATC operator but I can’t improve my numbers of operation ( always 0)
Right, This is because you’re not a certified ATC that has taken a test to do it on the advanced server. You should be able to get into playground ATC positions (if they are not already filled by another user, or you didn’t get the spot at the same tme) and even free flight server positions. Try going into less dense areas on the play ground like Charlotte or other international regions that aren’t Southern california just to test and be sure that you can get into the position.
