Hi is there any chance for someone to do ATC at EGLL expert server as there is a quite a few people there
IFATC will staff wherever they want, whenever they want. They do not take requests.
We do, I just recommend requesting here:
Also, there is a high probability that the people available may not want to control the airport requested due to inbound counts, traffic levels, and just personal preference
