I don’t know which category to put this is but, I was flying out of KPDX with an unknown controller as tower, I wasn’t even pushbacked when he asked me to say intentions at least 5 times. Then I push backed and repeated taxi to runway ?? And kept changing the runway every time he said it. I just taxied to the runway and requested takeoff. He said say intentions 🙄 I just took off but when I got in the air. He said go to FL600. I just left the frequency. I’m just telling everyone to be aware of controllers like this.
Was this on the training server?
Training or Expert server?

Yes. I know you should never go to training as Grade 3 but, I wanted to fly out of PDX because there were more planes around…
Unfortunately this is something that happens a lot on the training server, if it’s that bad then tune out of the freq, they were probably trolling.
Yeah I fly on the training server sometimes for that reason. If ATC is doing that crap I just tune out as it’s clear they have no clue what the hell they are doing.

Then why do you make a topic about it. If you don’t want this to happen, fly in the Expert server

I think it’s like the incident in the training server, if the expert server is not possible it will happen, that’s as far as I know

Even if there’s is less traffic at the airport you wanted to fly from on the expert server, it is still better than to hear ATC constantly repeating commands.

Yeah, then we would also not have any more topics like this one. Maybe a limit on how much you can repeat the same sentence.
