Keeps bugging me out, tried 2 different devices and the issue still happens, paying for the subscription and this keeps happening and preventing use of the simulation.

I think you have the problems with the server connection where the ATC dissapeared and the planes too. I have the same problem and you have the activate airplane mode for 10 seconds snd then deactivate again this is what helps me I have a good connection for a long time after that

On Apple you put your finger on your upper right corner and swipe down and then you have to press on the airplane symbol when it’s orange then it’s activated
I am not sure on Android but you have to swipe down the top of your screen and press the airplane symbol or if it’s not there go to settings then on more then on airplane mode
