Why can i not unselect Approach. I want to control ground but can’t because i cannot unselect approach

You can’t select Approach and Ground in Training ATC, you can choose Ground and Tower (together), Approach and Departure (Together) and Center.

Yes i know i cannot select both at once. If you look closely at the picture, I am unable to unselect the “APPROACH” box which is causing the problem. The approach box is faded and does not give me the option to unselect it for me to have only ground selected. Due to this, it throws an error stating that i cannot select both approach and ground at once

Hello, same issue happens with me sometimes just try to switch servers, i mean go to expert server and come back to training or vice versa and it will be fixed.
When I was on training server I had this issue all the time, select another airport, select tower ground etc… and then load in. After that return back to the menu and try again for the airport you want. This usually works for me
Hey, this is known. It happens when you have ended an ATC session and tried opening a new frequency at the same airport immediately.
Just allow sometime for the game to refresh and process that you have left the previous session.
You can refresh your game by going to the UI home screen/server selection screen, wait a few seconds, then go back and try to select the frequency. If it doesn’t work, just close the app and open it gain (But still give it sometime).
