Watch the online tutorials as @Jakub_Astary said, make a tracking thread, and practice. A lot.

Careful of creating conflicting situations. You had me on final for 14L and aircraft departing 14R. He was remaining in the pattern and you told him to make Left traffic. You should have told him to make Right traffic. Also try and Eliminate errors and having to correct yourself. Not too bad over all. // Corp 211
