It really disappoints when the ATC leaves you hanging in the middle by going offline without any prior notice or any notice whatsoever. It happens quite a lot now. Is there a way to report these ATCs just like they can report us?

Thank you for your message. You’re right, normally there is an announcement by ATC before they leave the frequency. However, sometimes extraordinary things can happen, like when the app crashes. We’re all just humans, things can happen. I understand your frustration but I’m sure that our controllers aren’t doing that on purpose.
