ATC Frequency change bug

Device: Apple iPhone 13
Operating system: iOS 26.6

Hello,

I would like to report an issue. If I am flying with ATC then it wont change even when I change it. It will be stuck on the first frequency I selected which is usually ground. In notifications and on screen it shows that my frequency is changed but in reality it doesn’t change and I end up getting violations every single time. I am facing continuously since Dec 2024 and its very annoying and I cancelled my Pro subscription because of the same reason. I am unable to fly with this glitch, if I do, I get a violation.

Things I have tried but didnt work:

  1. Completely tuning out of radio and then select desired frequency.
  2. Uninstalled App and installed all over again.
  3. Tried tuning other frequencies to check if it jumps to another one.
  4. Toggled internet

I am attaching my recently world tour leg replay and how disappointingly I had to end my flight at runway 24L due to risk of violation.

Hey,
It might help putting what connection you’re using too (mobile/wifi and the provider) as I’ve seen others with similar issues and its been their provider that has been the problem
