Today i was flying to wsss and i tried to land and i got kicked from the server I’m not sure all i know is i was flying coming for an landing so i called an approach and they said please follow instructions or you will be reported so i got confused and i got kick then i decided to rejoin the server then i called an approach so then i got vectors then i was following what the atc told me then my plane was staling from the turns i was making and i did not want to over speed so i started to stall and i was kicked for aerobatics violation for staling from turns i was making I’m very disappointed the atc did not give me a chance to line up for the runway and i felt like i was being rushed that atc person needs to be reported i could not make any turns that fast with my aircraft speed i tried my hardest to listen to what he was saying.
Hello,
Please feel free to reach out to the appeals team to appeal the violation issued to you by the controller.
I would also highly recommend reaching out to the controller to get their perspective and reasoning for reporting you, ensuring you do so in a polite and professional manner.
Feel free to check out this topic below regarding the procedure to appealing your violation:
Why did you go so slow that you stalled? If you were on approach you should have the flaps lowered, and also Turing only affects your speed a little. Try paying more attention.
This is not ATC’s fault, but yours
He most definitely did. He gave you vectors so you can line up with the runway.
If you don’t know that much about aviation, try studying about it and have a look at the user guide. Thanks
thank you declan
UALFuture_Pilot please I’m not trying to start an argument here everything was set for landing i was just reporting what happened This is not ATC’s fault, but yours seems pretty offensive maybe you should just be careful how you talk to others online you the things you explained were in a rude manner just please be polite next time thank you
Hopefully this can help going forward
There are two types of ATC messages: clearances and instructions.
Clearances are an agreement between the pilot and the controller. For example, a controller may clear you to taxi, pushback, land, or takeoff. When a controller gives a pilot a clearance, they must read back the clearance back to the controller, but then they have the option to either decline the clearance or request an amendment to the clearance, whether that be for safety, convenience, or to fit whatever needs the pilot has.
Instructions, on the other hand, are orders given by ATC. They may ask you to descend, climb, turn, go around, or expedite taxi. A pilot must follow ATC’s orders for safety reasons, usually for aircraft separation. If they, for any reason, cannot comply with the order, they must advise ATC that they are unable. This is so that ATC knows what each aircraft is doing and can find a solution to give that aircraft. For example, if ATC instructed an Airbus A350 to slow to 50 knots, the pilot would advise that they are unable, and ATC may instruct the pilot to make a 360 instead of slow down.
It seems like in this situation, you would have had to advise that the vectors you were given were something that your plane could not realistically perform, and advise ATC that you were unable to comply. If you don’t feel comfortable or safe complying with an instruction, advise that you are unable, and ATC will help you out.
Hope this helps
Punctuation. Thank you.
thank you so much
Not sure why you were reported — based on your message alone, it’s not possible to reconstruct the full situation. You could ask the controller who reported you what exactly you did wrong.
I believe the issues you mentioned are very unlikely to occur with the radar controllers. They are professional and responsible, and wouldn’t report you for the reasons you’ve described.
A post was split to a new topic: Level 3 Violation
its not possible I’m telling you what happened that doesn’t make any sense I typed every single thing that happened and your saying based on your message alone, it’s not possible to reconstruct the full situation. that’s not the point the point is I tried to land but I FELT like I was being rushed and then you also say its not possible? that just doesn’t add up i was getting vectors to land i made the last turn and climbed then auto pilot disconnected then i was kicked for aerobatics i did everything im really upset because i out a lot of effort into flying and its just frustrating because i spend a lot of time on the game and i get kicked for a problem with the aircraft all im saying i felt like i was being rushed maybe you should take your time to read and not rush thank you
I think this part is suspicious:
Especially these parts:
- Stalling from turns
- Did not want to overspeed so you started to stall
It sounded like you would benefit from knowing your airplane more.
That is exactly what I said.
I am very sorry. Didn’t feel that much anger at all when I wrote that tho . Still the point still stands
dude i tried to recover i couldn’t do anything because the plan shot upwards and and went straight in the air
Are you sure you are using autopilot to turn the plane? I think you only stall/ climb suddenly when you bank about 50 degrees. To get the aerobatics violation you needed to be doing serious stuff. Also, no ATC would want to give a speed that’s too slow for you to stall, so it’s not their fault. Suggest you to send a replay of your flight to the ATC you had/ to Appeals
oh my lord the autopilot disconnected because of low aircraft sped he told me to set the speed to 170 knots so i did then i stalled and then the planes nose went straight then banned for aerobatics dude it doesn’t matter anymore its over
you guys assume to many things man i said i felt like not like oh he was rushing me i would like him to get banned or something i felt like it so that’s why i posted just to make sure please just don’t jump into conclusions if you don’t know what I’m saying that’s on you not on me
Hello, it would be great if you could share your replay with us so that we can get a better idea on what is going on.
But also as what other have said, you might also want to send your replay to appeals to see if the violation can be removed but looking at it it will will hard to remove the acrobatics violation as you really need to be turning hard to something serious for the system to give you that violation.
just forget it its a violation
You can have it appealed you know. Contact appeals for this. If you don’t get it removed, you don’t and if it does, it will most likely be as a one-time courtesy
