As the screenshot says, the controller that disconnected you was @Ai-jetwu. You can message him & he’ll clarify it for you.
That is not a violation, it just disconnects you from the server I believe.
Yes, an unable to communicate report disconnects you from the server. No violation is issued and you can continue with the stats you currently have.

most likely this could be an error on your own end, if you send a request and not get a response from the atc, this would be a connection issue. Although it is indeed frustrating
PM the controller for the exact reason. At the end of the day, you didn’t get a violation preventing yourself from expert server access. If you were reported, it was likely for a reason.
