In an effort to help more and more aspiring IFATC trainees we are happy to announce that we have lowered are requirements. You are now required to have the minimum stats to enter the Training Server (Grade 2).

We are very excited to see so much enthusiasm when it comes to joining so we want to make our resources more accessible to more people so we can see more and more IFATC controllers join the ranks faster!

Hi, I’d check this out for more information on your query:

Radar contact / Roger for controllers and pilots

Radar contact/ Roger from a controller/ pilot perspective. Radar contact simply means the controller has you on the radar screen, and you have been identified. In RL this is done when departing an airfield IFR, and checking in with approach. Phraseology Pilot: Speedbird 435 climbing thru 2,000.
