I really liked whippage. If I read it right it, if it looks like you you will go too far you can whip it back and approach the ILS angle from the other side.
Yup, it’s a very useful technique to create space or if you know the aircraft will be late when clearing.
I’m guessing you might have to issue a lower height too presuming the larger turn would put them closer to the field?
Well that depends on where you think they’ll intercept, so I couldn’t answer yes or no.
It’s great that you used a couple of Regs out of Far Aim!
Thanks! I try to keep it Infinite Flight procedure related for the most part but a fact or two from the AIM never hurts in certain situations.
