So today i was controlling EGLL(Ground) and for some reason about 4-5 aircrafts were not able to receive my messages(i assume) as they did not go through with read back and the instructions issued
Connection was normal(according to game and overall)
Any suggestions or troubleshooting tips?
If you were on training server then I would just assume that no one was actually listening to you, most pilots refuse to listen to ATC over there (sometimes with good reason…)
Unfortunately this isn’t the case, as the OP is an IFATC Specialist.
I’m not sure, maybe check your replay, or if you have the names of any of the pilots who didn’t respond, maybe reach out and ask if they just missed the message or if they didn’t get it at all? There’s a chance they missed the message, or tried to respond and something messed up on their end. I know in the past there has been an issue with messages not going through during busy times. I’m not sure if it’ll fix the issue, but clearing cache as well deleting and re-downloading the app have been known to fix issues like this in the past
Will try! For now i will try to hopefully get someone from ifatc to spawn in during my next controlling session and hopefully they can tell me if something is wrong from my end
I assume its most likely an issue from my end because this was the issue with not just 1 pilot but multiple pilots like say 2-3 and some even sent requests again

I can relate, sometimes i get frustrated like bro can you please listen to atc.
