I was controlling PHTO on expert server a while ago and all planes disappeared. This happens from time to time. I disconnected and reconnected. When reconnected, the radar scope and flight strips did not appear. I have killed the app, restarted my device and logged out and back in to no avail.

That is a pain, i think you need to wait 24h because it will show that youre controlling even if youre not
You’re not actually connected to the frequency. Hence the … under the name and number.

Also tried opening tower at another airport and got the same thing.
Where’s your connection status symbol that should be in the upper right corner…? That’s a bit odd.
Oh, I didn’t realize you wanted to fix it, you should have been more specific. Probably need a server reset 😕
