I am having some difficulties connecting to vacant ATC it loads fine but then screen shows nothing and no one can contact me. This issue began yesterday so tonight I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still nothing.

This has been solved before by @Tyler_Shelton doing a Server reset… He should be with you soon! I had the same problem and the server reset helped me :)

If not, the issue you’re experiencing is because you and another user connected at the exact same time, and the other user made the connection to the server quicker, thus granting him rights to an air traffic controller. A good way to know if this has happened to you is to check for three (3) small dots in the airport description per say. This shouldn’t happen again, but if it does, just know thats why.
Someone must be quick on the draw lol. Ive gone to three seperate regions but the same issue keeps happening. But I do ensure positions are opwn before taking positive control ive had other controllers beat me to the punch before. Also no it has not been solved yet but im in no rush time is time.
