So for that last few days, every time I attempt to connect as ATC it never fully connects, here’s what I mean.
I already tried using a different wifi network and deleting and reinstalling the app, any suggestions?
This is not uncommon and has happened a couple of times before. The only consistent solution is a server reset from @Tyler_Shelton. So just sit tight - it is nothing to do with you

You could be connected as an observer. Which means you and another person logged into tower at the same time and you just drew the short straw.
We’ll get a server reset in as soon as practical. Thanks for your understanding!
