ATC Closing Time

This may sound like a stupid question but i’ve just read a topic on ATC’s and announcing that your closing. I was wondering how you do that because i want to do the best possible job at ATC

If this is the topic you read, it does say what times are suitable to close. A good way of closing ATC is by announcing your closing on broadcast messages.
