I noticed from a few days whenever i am the atc or the pilot the audio is there but after a few minutes it automatically gets muted in the game despite my phone volume being up and the atc volume in the audio settings also being up, the issue gets fixed whenever i restart the game but the is kind of inconvenient to leave and restart while in a atc or a flight session
Is there something like a mute button or something that i missed or is this a bug?

What model of device do you use?
I think I know what he Means. He says sometimes the ATC audio works fine and then after a few minutes the audio voice for the ATC is gone. I remember one time when I got in game and was standing at gate and I requested pushback and then the ATC told me Pushback Approved but had no audio voice. So practically I had the same issue too
Same situation especially on a recent flight from Sydney to Dallas on the A380,had to restart 3 times cos the game lagged I couldn’t even land after 16+ hours🥲
Hello, I have faced this Problem alot of times, and I have a fix that always works. Basically, you need to go to your devices’s Text to Speech Settings and in there you need to delete all the Voices of English(or everything if you can) and Re-download them. Also After redownloading all of them go into the Online settings of IF and play all of the Voices 1 by 1 or just spam them doesn’t matter and it should be fixed for Another few months or so! (:
Also Sometimes the ATC Volume mutes itself idk how but check that too in Audio Settings of IF!
