There are 130 planes inbound to Vienna and both approach radars aren’t active, including the tower (!!!)

Hey ATC is dealing with it. Its a mess right now. Approach needs two people minimum, and tower cannot function without approach in these conditions

Please remember we are volunteers - there isn’t always going to be someone available.

Yeah ofc, this was a momentary break. As I stated in a different topic, IF on a hub day has much higher traffic levels than IRL airports w/o nearly as many approach + center controllers.
They’re also people, humans with lives, not a personal butler. Please respect them and their time
