Hey I’m Back after a long Brake and wanted to do the ATC work on the expert Server but now there are these new Trust Levels that are required. So im doing some worke on the Training Server and share this information with you to gain the trust level.
I’m doing the ATC in EDDF this evening from 17:00 to 18:00/18:30 local (EDDF) time.
Are you a part of IFATC and planning to Control Frankfurt on the ES, or are you on the TS?
He is not an IFATC member yet; he is planning to apply. However, his IFC account needs to be at Trust Level 1. As stated in the requirements listed in the ATC Recruiting section, this is one of the prerequisites. Therefore, to increase his IFC account’s trust level, he announced that he will be opening ATC at EDDF on the Training Server. 
Also @DerNikler , if you’d like, you can change the title to this instead. It might be better.

When people see this title, they’ll understand that someone needs help for training. The previous one, however, makes it look like there’s an issue with ATC at EDDF.

I also do not fully understand the new system. The last time I played, I was able to do ATC on the Expert server just as long as I had reached the appropriate Grade.
I want to raise my level now because there is more traffic in the Expert Server and then I don’t sit in Frankfurt, Amsterdam or Berlin and nothing happens for a whole hour.

This has never been a thing. ATC access for Expert Server have always required you to go through the IFATC process 
Then join IFATC. As what schyllberg said above, there has never been the time that when you reached grade three you could control on the expert server
