Seems like this was a controlling issue, looking at the messages log. Happens sometimes, especially with newbies, however, it should rarely occur. However, there’s also a misunderstanding between you and the controller.
Next time, contact the controller directly to clear things up. :)
Gotcha’! Yeah, I still remember the first time hearing the ‘check user guide’ message and comparing it to, “We have a number for you ready to copy.” Haha! Though, I guess the, “Please follow instructions or you will be reported,” message is probably the more similar one.
