So are these like aircraft’s YET to be released, just disguised as something the USAF was testing in the 1960’s…?

Those are beta testers testing a new aircraft.
Flying saucers are flying saucers. They don’t need to be anything special.
Could be Concorde. The A350, most likely. There’s no facts rooted in there.
