The founder is Laura Laban who is female. I work with a very nice women in my VA. Her name is @Shafran and she is actually a FA in real life. I know quite a few others and I’m sure out of this 44.8K+ user community there are lots of females.

I don’t really see this as “male dominated” or see the whole industry male-dominant or unfair to women.
But people have different perspectives 🤷 Just putting out mine.

I believe the post was restored. It definitely didn’t seem offensive to me.
@EvaMichi the aviation industry is male dominated. Because of that, the IFC is predominantly male. I’d love to see much more diversity in the Aviation sector. I’d also love that same diversity here on the IFC. Hopefully it will come some day.

Yes there are, for example one of my favourite VA staff members @Shafran! It’s great that there are some women here and I hope IF and the IFC become more diverse in general.
