Archer Adventures

I was able to get checked out in this beautiful Piper Archer and so I did my 300nm solo cross country to meet my commercial requirement.

Lets get this party started

Pulled the plane out to start this long journey

On my way to Conroe

Parked between a Cirrus and a Learjet at Galaxy FBO Conroe

Now to head down the coast to Rockport

Sunset as I head out of the Houston area.

The Gulf of America🇺🇸

Had to Divert to Corpus Christi, but the FBO had coffee so that’s good

Trying to stay awake, I had to hand fly in order to keep my mind occupied

Coming back into the DFW area.

After 8.4 flight hours and 674 nautical miles flown, I got back to Addison
Flew 3 instrument approaches, RNAV 19 at KCXO, RNAV 18 at KCRP and RNAV 34 at KADS
I got to the plane at Addison at 1:43 pm on January 22 and parked it back at Addison at exactly midnight. This was the longest and most enjoyable and exciting flight I’ve ever done.

Congratulations on this milestone 🥳, back again with the iconic Ray Bans I see. I have two but one is too big and one is a tiny bit small but none of them are prescription :(. How is the Piper? My flying school has a couple and my instructor personally likes flying it.

What a nice livery! I voted for the IF feature lol

Nice topic, something new!

Congrats!

Lovely photos! That sunset 😍

Nice pictures!
