I’ve always been wondering what to respond to those situations. I’ve always answered “Enter right base” because at some point they’ll end up being in right base, but I was wondering if it couldn’t be “straight in”.
So in such situation, should I say “enter straight in runway 27R” or “enter right base runway 27R” ?
Enter right base is correct.
Enter right base is correct!
Enter Right Downwind is also an option as in this situation the aircraft is very close to the threshold and might have to extend downwind to avoid a pretty sharp turn if it’s an airliner!
Hope that helps !
All right, thank you very much for your help! I was scared I was wrong the whole time.
Wlcm ! De rien! C’est avec plaisir ;)
