Apple's Project Catalyst and Infinite Flight

I was watching Apple’s WWDC conference today (recap linked below) and something caught my eye, that being Apple’s Project Catalyst, allowing developers of iOS apps to port their app to the Mac with relative ease. I was thinking that this could open up the possibility of finally having a desktop version of Infinite Flight on the Mac, if the developers wish to do so. I was curious what the community thinks of the prospect of being able to use Infinite Flight on a desktop machine.
