I am trying to purchase the Infinite Flight Pro subscription with the current promotion, but I keep getting an “App Store Error 3” popup.
I’ve already rebooted my phone, reinstalled the game, etc.

Hey, this error is uncommon, and it could very likely be a bug in the iOS 27 Beta (which we don’t fully support yet).
I’d wait until the next iOS beta or downgrade if you want to access the offer now
