App seems to be draining my battery

Recently I’ve noticed that when I’m playing infinite flight, my battery level seems to be draining a lot. I did a 6.5 hour flight the other day and my battery level went from 100% to 51%. I have low power mode on and reduce the graphics settings to slow it down, my iPad storage is 128GB and I’ve only used 63GB of that. I use to do 12/13 hour flights and it would drop down maybe 30%, can anyone help?

Hello!

This would be completely normal I’d say. It’s not like your device is idling.

Best option is to lower screen brightness as much as possible

Hello there!
So I had the same issues too, and if you know, Redmi has this issue of always heating up followed by battery being consumed of course.

What I do is:

  1. Keep camera positions as stated in the below posts
  2. Lower all the graphics
  3. Lower screen brightness
  4. Close all the apps running in the background
  5. Turn the volume all the way down

All these work well for me!!

Take the interior drone camera, zoom it in to a black screen present in the cockpit.

I highly discourage this step for Apple users as it caused screen burn with my previous devices.

Best is to use the ‘circle’ cam to prevent this. No matter how black your screen will be, it will cause screen burn.

Oh, is it?
How will circle cam be beneficial over others? If it does, I’ll use it too if it’s not good for my screen
I didn’t really know it, I have been using the same from a long time 💀

Pixels on screens are not intended to remain static for long durations; they are designed to change regularly. The circling camera feature is useful in this regard, as it ensures constant pixel movement. I also recommend using the captain view (without the virtual cockpit), as the natural variation in terrain and scenery offers sufficient change.
