Hi,
I just updated my app from 22.7 to 22.8 on my iPad and now it refuses to open. Whenever I open the game, a black screen appears for a second and then the app closes itself again. Restarted my device twice and fully closed the app a few times. Any ideas on how to solve the issue?
It’s the same problem for me, but I can’t reinstall it because it’s not a fully private iPad and my administrator blocked the App Store. Any suggestions?
That’s frustrating. One thing you can try is to go to Settings → General → iPad Storage, find Infinite Flight once it loads, and try Offloading the app.
No guarantees this will work though. Your best bet for now is to contact your administrator to be able to get the app reinstalled.
I can’t even do that either, and I know the administrator definitely won’t be interested in a game/flight sim. Should I just wait for a hot fix update instead?

Go into iOS Settings → Privacy → Analytics & Improvements → Analytics Data
Find infiniteflight on this list with the search: it may have a few, but they are all dated. Just choose the most recent one that does not have the word “resource” in it (I put an example screenshot below)
