There is, yes. Not for this Community specifically but for the platform we’re using.
It’s called “Discourse”. Just search in your store and you’ll find it :)

Or if you have an apple device (not sure about android) you can add the website to your Home Screen

Androids have a feature where you can take links from any website and shortcut them into an app

Shortcuts don’t generate notifications though which is basically the only reason I have the Discourse app :)
technically you kinda do need notifications considering you are technically support 🤣
But yes, you’re right. For notifications it’s better to have something that can have it show up, but it you don’t want any, you can use the shortcut feature. Use any of them to your liking
Android and iOS have notifications for web link too.

New feature since iOS 17. It’s available on Mac too.
The app is not the Play Store, but the website is the only thing
