Sometimes, topics in the Support category might not get a reply from the staff members, and there are a couple of reasons for this:

Missing details: If a topic doesn’t have all the necessary details for the us to understand the issue, it can be challenging for us to offer help. So, to ensure you get a helpful response, it’s essential to provide as much relevant information as you can when you post your topic.

Well-meaning community interruptions: We appreciate that our community members often try to help each other out, but sometimes their input can lead to more confusion or additional issues. When this happens, it can make it hard for the staff to give a focused response or even cause them to address other, more straightforward topics first. In this case, I can already see a few replies that is just that. “I’m having issues too” but no additional information what so ever. It’s impossible to act or help based on that.
