App crashing with black screen?

Hi, just now I came across a weird thing happening. When I open Infinite Flight on my iPad 2017, the screen goes black and I have to restart the device to ‘unblock’ it. Any fixes?

My software is all up to date and Infinite Flight is on the latest release

Hello - I’m sorry this is happening to you. Can you provide a screenshot?

How much storage do you have? Infinite Flight doesn’t take up a specific amount of storage, it can change depending on the area you’re flying in etc. We therefore recommend that you always have at least 1GB of storage available on your device.

I’m not sure how, as the device simply turns off

I have 128GB of storage with 14GB left

I’m jealous of your storage space Delete and reinstall the app. See if this helps.

Okay, one thing for sure is that your whole device shouldn’t be turning off.

I’m not going to give out pointless tips. Hope this issue gets resolved because I use a 5S (second phone) for IF (streams) and works with little to no flaws.
