App Crash in long haul flights

I have been doing long-haul flights of more than 12 hours for 5 days and when I arrive at final of the approach, the app breaks and takes me out.
I have an iPadOS 18 (9th generation iPad)

Hello,
I guess your device gets too hot due to long flights. If your device gets too hot, I recommend you lower your graphics settings.

Have you cleared your cache recently? (general>clear cache)

I tend to do it every week or especially after long haul flights

Hello, not at all my iPad is never hot, in fact I only use this iPad for IF I don’t have any more applications

when you land were there many players? because its possible that you ran out of RAM so the game crashed. that ipad only has 3gb ram

Before starting all flights, I delete the cache because that happened to me approximately 1 year ago. I don’t know what’s going on

As I said, if your graphics settings are high, lower them. You can also find out whether your device crashes in crowded airports by making long flights to empty airports rather than crowded airports.

Of the last 5 flights, only in this last flight there are many planes that were trying to land at OMDB that had a tower

The weird thing is that I’ve always had high graphics settings/ high airplane count turned on with no problem. But multiple times in the last two days, my app has crashed.

I am the same as you, right now I am on my way to FACT from KATL, I have been flying for 12 hours, I estimate to land in 1:50. Let’s see what happens. I have already done everything they recommended.

For sure. Right now I have 2ish hrs left on a 19hr flight from LAX to BOM, so I also hope it works.
