I did a flight from araxa to sao paulo on a e190 and when i was taxing to the gate in sao paulo it froze the game for 3 seconds and kicked me so i earned no points from that.so i believe it is a bug in the game. Anyways, When i tried to go into replay files to atleast see my landing it kicked me out and this happened everytime i try to go in the files so can someone please get a staff member to fix this bug it wont let me send a video but here is a sceenshot

Sorry you experienced an app crash.
Unfortunately those happen once in a while.
When it does, a report is sent automatically and finding and fixing the causes is an ongoing process.
Since you’ve not included the device brand, model and OS version, which are asked for when you create a support topic, we have no idea about the specifics that might have caused this to happen.
Because of the app crash, the replay file probably has been corrupted.
Unfortunately there’s nothing that can be done about that.
XP and landings are synced with the server often so chances are you will have received all the stats earned with this flight.
