Apology for poor ATC SERVICES

I apologise for the poor ATC at VIDP today.
The lack of stable Internet access led requests to remain unanswered,but the session was still active till the 120 second disconnection message.

I’m sorry for the disappointment and the inconvenience caused.

I assure IFC that this will not be repeated.
