Apologies for poor performance today at KSEA

Hi. I’d like to apologize for my poor performance while controlling approach at KSEA earlier today.
It might have caused a lot of consternation to pilots. Due to some network lag that i felt I was experiencing & some incoming calls, the rhythm got upset & the quality of service suffered.
While these are not excuses, I should have probably asked for help and/or signed out earlier. One feels that things will come under control but things sometimes stay out of control instead of getting better. A lesson learnt.
My sincere apologies for the poor service and the inconvenience caused to pilots.

Admitting error is good.
Learning from the error is better.
Applying what you have learned is excellent.

I applaud and thank you for your post.

Don’t apologize! That happens! For example to me , i was trying to control EGLL in training ground an tower. I can say that’s was the atc horror! But remember one think don’t worry, you want to control a tower and you controlled it perfectly!
