so I think AP+ is pretty well done, but not amazing!
Last night I flew with two friends from RJAA to MMMX.
We all set up the same settings, from weights to speed, altitude, etc. Now comes the problem that only happened to me: shortly before KLAX, I went into the game to check if everything was running smoothly.
After the game loaded, I saw that my plane was bouncing up and down and had drastically lost speed, from M0.85 to M0.72. Huh? The speed was showing M0.85, which then recovered. But after it recovered, the friend in front had M0.85 - 565 GS, the friend behind had the same values, but mine only reached 505 GS at M0.85.
So I arrived in MMMX 52 minutes late. Then we compared our weights and everything else, and they were all the same! Now the question is why my speed could no longer be adjusted despite the same M0.85, and why does the plane keep going up and down after loading the game?

I’m having even worse Issues, this same thing happens to me but also, when I would do a flight overnight, and I dont finish it 20mins after its completed, the flight just disappears and I cannot see it, i dont know why this is, also I’ve seen i think glitches of people at millions of feet, gaining altitude but with autopilot plus on?
Although there is no documentation to confirm this, I observed a similar anomaly earlier during a group flight today. While in third place, a few hours after AP+ is activated, the plane behind me suddenly advanced to first. I believe this is closely connected to the issue at hand.
Your speed stays constant when AP+ is active—headwinds and tailwinds don’t affect it. The reason you arrived later is that when you rejoined the flight, real wind conditions were applied, which slowed you down. Then, once you activated AP+ again, that reduced speed was “locked in” and remained constant.
If the opposite had happened—like encountering a strong tailwind when you rejoined—your speed would have increased, and once AP+ was reactivated, that higher speed would have stayed constant. In that case, you would’ve likely arrived before your friends
I think im having the same speed issues, but the worst thing for me is the gigantic fuel eating by Ap+. Right now i just took off from RJAA after refueling a 18hr tank to a 12hr fuel to finish the trip to VHHX, 1hour later at FL340, it just ate it leaving just 2 hr fuel, it killed me lol. And, for me most of planes when i log back into lasting 30min they show around 8% fuel left.
