AP+ not working and spins forever and never activates

Hi,
My AutoPilot+ is no longer working. CID: 96089E43
Every time I reach cruise altitude and press AP+, it just keeps loading/spinning forever and never activates. When I try to return to the main menu, the AP+ toggle remains greyed out and says “Flight will be terminated.”
I have already tried:
Clearing cache
Logging out and back in
Deleting and reinstalling Infinite Flight
Restarting my device
Trying different routes (e.g. VHHH–WSSS)
Trying multiple aircraft
Could someone please check if my AP+ session or account needs to be reset? Thank you.

Device: Iphone 17 Pro Max
Operating system: IOS 26.5.1

Hi so when im in cruise and trying to enter AP+ it just shows a loading symbol that never goes away, and ive seen some other players also experience this and i believe theres no fix for it unless a staff fixes it? i also mostly load my flight plans from simbrief if that has anything to do with it.
My infinite flight user is Overflyte, and my callsign is Cathay 067VA. Thanks!
