AP+ Issues

Is anyone else having issues with AP+? On multiple occasions it has failed to work. I will start a flight, meet all the conditions to activate it, press leave flight, ensure it says AP+ is active, leave. And then it to not have activated?

Im using an Ipad Pro 2nd gen.
